Maxine & Jack Zarrow Family Foundation

Guidelines

Grants are considered by invitation only. The Foundation will not accept unsolicited applications. The due dates for applications will be determined by the Foundation at the time of invitation.

Maxine & Jack Zarrow Family Foundation is currently transitioning to a new application portal that we hope will provide an improved experience for our applicants.

Existing applicant accounts will no longer be accessible as of August 1, 2025. We highly recommend that as you work on your 2025 application, you also externally save a copy of any documents you may wish to reference on future submissions.

When you click on the button to begin your application, you will be prompted to enter your Blackbaud Identification (BBID). If you already have a BBID from using another Blackbaud product or applying to another funder, you can use that same account for our portal.

Please allow extra time to establish your new BBID and NPOconnect account for your organization. There are support options available within the portal. Contact us at grants@zarrow.org if that support does not resolve your issue.

The Maxine & Jack Zarrow Family Foundation is committed to fairly evaluating each proposal submitted. To meet the due diligence required we might also ask for additional information not contained within the application. Below is a list of sample questions for general operating and program applications with the Foundation, including required attachments for each application. Grantees should be prepared to submit answers to each of these questions through our online portal at the time of application.

Equal Employment Opportunity

The Maxine & Jack Zarrow Family Foundation requires that all nonprofit entities receiving grants adhere to the latest version of the Equal Employment Opportunity statement as provided on the EEOC website.
