Mission Statement:

The Maxine & Jack Zarrow Family Foundation is committed to transformational giving, and supports those most at risk through projects that have lasting impacts on people’s lives. We prioritize efforts that protect the inherent right of individuals to live freely and safely. We respect our legacy and are committed to our Tulsa and Jewish communities.

Values Statement:

We strive to live, act, and make funding decisions in accordance with our core values:

Impact – We support projects that have lasting impacts on people’s lives. We believe that meaningful change can occur on both micro and macro levels.

Courage – We lead by example. We take measured risks to support well-researched and groundbreaking initiatives, including those which are not universally accepted.

Community – We inherited a tradition of giving from Maxine and Jack Zarrow and take that responsibility seriously. Given our roots, we are particularly dedicated to our Tulsa and Jewish communities.

Justice – We are committed to protecting the inherent right of individuals to live freely and safely. All people deserve equal rights, access, and treatment.
