Grant Application Guidelines
Anne & Henry Zarrow Foundation (AHZF) funds nonprofit organizations primarily in the metropolitan area of Tulsa and, in special cases, statewide in Oklahoma. Grants may be awarded for operating, program, or capital support.
Important Dates for 2026
- Inquiry Forms – accepted on a rolling basis (no deadlines)
- Invitations for Full Proposals – emailed to provided contact by May 12, 2026
- Deadline to Submit Full Proposal – June 30, 2026
- Grant Determination and Notification – late September 2026
How the Two-Step Application Process Works
Step 1: Submit an Inquiry Form (Accepted Year-Round)
After reviewing our current funding priorities and focus areas on the Funding Priorities tab and in our most recent Annual Report, organizations that believe they may be aligned are invited to complete a brief Inquiry Form using the Microsoft Forms link below.
- Grantseekers can expect a response to their initial Inquiry within two weeks of submission.
- Submission of an Inquiry Form does not guarantee an invitation to submit a full proposal.
Step 2: Full Proposal (By Invitation Only)
AHZF will conduct one proposal cycle in 2026. Organizations invited to submit a full proposal will receive a link and instructions to access the online application in early May 2026, with a deadline of June 30, 2026.
AHZF is committed to fairly evaluating each proposal submitted. To complete required due diligence, the Foundation may request additional information beyond what is included in the application form.
Requests Not Eligible for Grants
AHZF does not typically fund requests for dinners, runs and walks, special events, and fundraisers. For existing grantees inquiring about event sponsorships, please email ahoward@zarrow.org .
